My name is Joe Cellucci, owner of Lowcountry CPR Training, I am a former MARINE as well as former Law Enforcement officer and for 31 year as a Paramedic,  I have extensive experience as Flight Paramedic Critical Care Certified, as well as Critical Care for Pediatric and Neonate, I hold Instructor cards from.
